The Remington Nature Center was built a few years back in St Joseph, Missouri. It is by the Missouri River and a new Hike and Bike "Riverwalk" trail system. Geocaching is abundant in this area with a "Riverwalk" Series of traditional caches in place for folks to do while in the area. The Nature Center is worth the price of admission as it has lots of history inside the building and of the areas evolution. It also has nature exhibits from ancient days of the mammoth as well as other creatures that currently inhabit the surronding landscapes. It is a very educational tool to visit while in this historic city of the Pony Express and Jesse James and Wagon Trains heading West.
