2010 ended in a big way for me. The birth of my second son and starting a new career. I decided to embrace the dramatic change in my life with an aggressive attitude.

However, at first I felt overwhelmed by all the change. I was paralyzed by indecision. You know how it is, you have so much to do you don't know where to start. So you don't start. Then, out of nowhere, Eye of The Tiger came on the radio and suddenly the path ahead seemed clear.
