This is the second of a series of eight tags dipicting each member of our family and a coresponding Sesame Street character.
This is Rosie and the Twiddlebugs. Rosie was our "foster" for about 3 days before we decided that she was staying forever. She is a badly bred basset hound (with really long legs!) who was in the local shelter and was going to be put down because she was terrified of people. So whenever anyone came near she huddled in the back of the cage...so of course no one wanted her...no one but US of course!
She is still skittish around people, but no longer hides under the desk whenever anyone comes into the house! The twiddlebugs seemed to me to be like that...kinda skiddish until they get to know you then they will dance and sing and entertain you!
