This pathtag reminded me of the award winning quilts, art prints and hand-held kaleidoscopes by Paula Nadelstern. You can find examples of her work on her website.
The colors, symmetry and the detail appeal to me. The work required to inset this many triangles -- on a curve -- is daunting. But maybe someday it will be a quilt. In the meantime it belongs on my inspiration board.
