We are DrStan43 and SWKraut. At this time we have been married for the past 41 years. Both of us retired from the workforce January 1, 2009. DrStan43 was a Psychologist in his second career (Army Nurse in the first career, retiring in 1983), and SWKraut spent 27 years in Civil Service winding up her career with the US Army Corps of Engineers as a Realty Specialist. SWKraut is German born and bred, the SW standing for Schweinfurt, the town she was raised in.
Our daughter (Kattnipp) introduced us to geocaching in May 2009 while we were visiting with her in Okinawa, where she had been a Special Education Teacher for the Department of Defense schools for 6 years. We immediately fell in love with geocaching and have been avid geocachers since. We have cached in Okinawa, Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, and about 20 of the US States. We plan on caching in many other countries and all of the US States.
This pathtag is our "caching together" signature pathtag. We will be placing these tags all over the US and other countries we visit.
