I found the concept for this tag while I was browsing a "Free Design" thread published by Alamos Trail, he was kind enough to let me adopt his design. I used his creation and made some changes of my own and this is the final result. I really like this tag and hope you all enjoy it as well. The design was already named "Forever" by Alamos Trail so I have decided to name this tag "Forever Roses".
